what is college media news ?

College Media News is ...

Direct from Washington, DC, College Media News brings the hottest stories from inside the beltway to college radio stations across the country. College Media News is the only news organization staffed by young and dynamic journalists reporting from the White House, Capitol Hill, government agencies, nongovernmental organizations, and college campuses throughout the greater Washington, DC area. Correspondents produce and edit news pieces, uploading their finished products onto the College Media News website (www.collegemedianews.com). With a youthful twist taken on all stories, College Media News correspondents examine compelling issues affecting the nation's college students. Local and national in scope, subjects investigated range from the political, social, economic, cultural, and athletic realms.

College Media News is inviting college radio stations and newspapers from around the country to use its professional - quality resources. Free of charge, college stations can broadcast College Media News-produced stories, which are easily accessible from the organization's website. College stations will be required only to sign a formal notice, acknowledging their relationship with College Media News. The agreement is non-binding, only acknowledging that your station or newspaper is using our resource.
